What am I opting out of?

NCW Tires does not sell personal information for money. Advertising and analytics tools on a website can still count as sharing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. Opting out stops non-essential advertising and analytics tags from receiving identifiers or browsing activity tied to your device.

Opting out does not stop information we need to run the shop, including your quote, work order, invoice, and warranty records.

How do I submit an opt-out request?

• Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser or install a browser extension that sends it. The panel above shows whether your browser is sending it right now.
• Email info@ncwtires.com with the subject line Do Not Share, and include the phone number or email address you use with the shop.
• Call (760) 737-7141 and tell any team member you want to opt out.

Do I have to verify my identity to opt out?

No. California law does not require identity verification for an opt-out request. NCW Tires only needs enough information to apply the opt out to the right records. An authorized agent may submit an opt out on your behalf.

How long does the opt out last and how do I change it?

A browser-level Global Privacy Control signal applies for as long as your browser sends it. An opt out submitted by email or phone stays in effect until you ask us to change it. To change your choice later, email info@ncwtires.com or call the shop.
