Warranty and Service Policy
NCW Tires warranties its own installation workmanship. Tire tread life, sidewall defects, wheel finish, and suspension component failures are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, not by the shop. Bring the vehicle and your invoice to 2050 Auto Park Way and NCW Tires processes the claim with the manufacturer for you.

What does NCW Tires warranty directly?
- Installation workmanship on mounting, balancing, and torque for {{LABOR_WARRANTY_PERIOD}} from the invoice date.
- Free tire rotations for the life of tires purchased and installed at NCW Tires.
- A free re-torque check at approximately 50 miles after any wheel installation.
- Correction of a balance or vibration concern traceable to our installation, at no charge.
What does the manufacturer cover instead of the shop?
Tread wear mileage warranties, manufacturing and workmanship defects in the tire itself, wheel finish and structural defects, and suspension component defects are all covered by the manufacturer that made the part. NCW Tires is an authorized dealer and files those claims on your behalf, but the manufacturer decides the outcome and the prorated credit.
Is road hazard coverage included?
{{ROAD_HAZARD_COVERAGE}} Road hazard damage, meaning punctures, impact breaks, and cuts from debris, is not a manufacturing defect and is not covered by a standard tread warranty. Ask before you buy which of the tires you are considering include road hazard protection from the manufacturer.
What voids coverage?
- Running the tire at incorrect inflation pressure or overloading the vehicle.
- Continued driving on a flat or badly underinflated tire, which damages the sidewall internally.
- Alignment or suspension conditions left uncorrected after being pointed out in writing.
- Racing, off-road damage outside the tire's intended use, or damage from another shop's work.
- Alteration of the tire, wheel, or suspension component after installation.
How do I start a warranty claim?
Call (760) 737-7141 to describe the concern, then bring the vehicle and your invoice to the shop. NCW Tires inspects the part, documents tread depth or the failure, and submits the manufacturer claim. Adjustments are usually prorated against remaining tread and require the vehicle to be present. Claim turnaround depends on the manufacturer, typically {{WARRANTY_CLAIM_TURNAROUND}}.
