Message frequency varies by job. A typical quote and installation runs from two to eight messages. NCW Tires does not send recurring marketing blasts unless you separately opt in to promotional messages.

Yes. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How do I stop the texts or get help?
Reply STOP to any message to end texts. Reply HELP for help, or call (760) 737-7141. Opting out of texts does not cancel your appointment or your order, and it does not opt you out of a phone call about your vehicle.
What consent record does NCW Tires keep?
When you check the text consent box, NCW Tires records the date and time, a hashed form of your IP address, the page path where consent was given, and the exact consent wording displayed to you. The record is retained for at least five years and exists to document that consent was knowing and voluntary.
