What NCW Tires collects at the point of entry
- Identifiers: your name, phone number, and email address.
- Vehicle information: year, make, model, trim, mileage, tire size, and any photos you upload.
- Commercial information: the services you asked about and any appointment preference.
- Internet activity: page path and general device information collected automatically.
Why it is collected
To quote your job accurately, confirm fitment for your vehicle, contact you about the work, and keep the service and warranty record required after installation.
How long it is kept
Quote requests that do not become work orders are kept for {{QUOTE_RETENTION_PERIOD}}. Work orders, invoices, and warranty records are kept at least four years so warranty and road hazard claims can be honored.
Is any of it sold or shared?
NCW Tires does not sell personal information for money. Advertising or analytics tags can constitute sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, and you can opt out on the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page. Sensitive personal information is not used to infer characteristics.
