Pricing and Quote Disclaimer

Every price NCW Tires gives online, by phone, or by text is an estimate until the vehicle is inspected. Fitment, existing suspension modifications, seized hardware, TPMS condition, and supplier cost changes all move the final number. Nothing on this site is a binding offer to sell at a stated price.

Why is a quote only an estimate?

A tire and wheel quote depends on facts that can only be confirmed with the vehicle in front of us. Two trucks with the same year, make, and model can need different parts if one has a lift, aftermarket wheels, or a different brake package. NCW Tires quotes in good faith from the information you provide and confirms the number before any work begins.

What can change the final price?

  • Actual fitment after measuring offset, backspacing, and clearance on your vehicle.
  • Existing lift, leveling, trim, or brake configuration that changes what fits.
  • Seized, stripped, or missing hardware such as lug studs and TPMS sensors.
  • TPMS sensors that will not hold a program and need replacement.
  • Supplier cost changes, freight, and manufacturer promotions starting or ending.
  • California tire fees, disposal fees, and applicable sales tax.

Is online pricing a binding offer?

No. Prices shown on ncwtires.com or in an automated quote are informational and are not an offer to sell. Errors in pricing, specification, or availability can occur, and NCW Tires may correct them before a sale is completed. You will always be told the final out-the-door price and asked to approve it before work starts.
