Permitted use of the site

• Use the site to research tires, wheels, suspension work, and shop services, and to contact NCW Tires.
• Do not scrape, crawl at a rate that degrades the site, or copy site content for a competing commercial catalog.
• Do not attempt to breach security, submit malicious files, or interfere with other users.
• Do not submit false vehicle information or another person's contact information without their permission.

Accounts

The site does not require an account. If account features are added later, you will be responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, photography, and the NCW Tires and North County Wheels & Tires names and logos are owned by North County Wheels & Tires or licensed to it. Manufacturer names, wheel and tire brand names, and product images belong to their respective owners and appear here to identify products the shop sells and installs.

Photos and other content you submit

When you send a vehicle photo through the quote form, by text, or by email, you confirm you have the right to share it and you grant NCW Tires a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it to quote your job. Use of your vehicle photo in the build gallery or on social media is covered separately by the Photo and Media Release, and you can request removal at any time.

Third-party links and financing applications

The site links to financing partners, manufacturers, and mapping services. NCW Tires does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, terms, decisions, or privacy practices. Financing decisions are made by the lender, not by NCW Tires.

Disclaimer of warranties for site content

Site content, including fitment guidance, sizing information, and pricing examples, is provided for general information and without warranty of any kind. Fitment depends on your specific vehicle, its suspension, and its existing modifications, and must be confirmed in person. Nothing on this site is a binding offer to sell at a stated price. This disclaimer applies to the website only and does not limit any written warranty NCW Tires provides on parts or labor.

Limitation of liability and indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, NCW Tires is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, and total liability related to site use is limited to {{LIABILITY_CAP}}.
