Photo and Media Release
NCW Tires photographs finished builds for the gallery, the website, and social media. Photos focus on the vehicle, the wheels, and the tires. Customers can decline at any time, and any photo already posted will be removed on request, normally within 5 business days.

What gets photographed?
Completed wheel, tire, lift, and leveling work, photographed at the shop or just outside it. Photos show the vehicle, the wheel and tire fitment, and shop context. NCW Tires does not publish license plates in a legible form and does not photograph the inside of your vehicle or its documents.
How do I give or decline consent?
Tell the team at drop-off or pick-up, or note it on your work order. Consent is optional and declining changes nothing about your service or price. For a written record, email info@ncwtires.com with your name, the vehicle, and whether you consent.
Where can the photos appear?
- The ncwtires.com build gallery and service or vehicle pages.
- The NCW Tires Google Business Profile.
- NCW Tires social media accounts and paid advertising.
- Manufacturer or distributor features, with the vehicle credited to a customer build.
How do I request removal?
Email info@ncwtires.com with the subject line Photo Removal, or call (760) 737-7141. Include the vehicle and where you saw the photo. NCW Tires removes the photo from pages and profiles it controls, normally within 5 business days. Copies already shared or reposted by other accounts may persist outside our control.
Is there any compensation?
No payment is made for a build photo unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Consent is voluntary and revocable at any time.
